My DH has done wood turning for several yrs, primarily sculptures, furniture, and lucky for me alot of things around the house.
Well, he has recently started getting into leather work. He made a "leather stitching horse" and decided if we were putting it in the house it needed to be even more unique. (I've figured out " code word" for grandbabies.)
Here it is he takes the horse head off and it becomes his vise to hold leather while he stitches.
P.S. Yes, it is BIG, but DH 6'5".

Great work, I too have a DH who woodturns and does furniture. Holding out for a double chimney cupboard to hold quilts! Aren't we lucky women!

Story behind wood, wood was milled off my parents little farm and was left from building barn about 15 yrs ago.

He is very blessed with talent. His DM painted and his DGF taught pottery.
I also forgot his other DGF quilted, and we still use some of his quilts.
