Butter or Margarine

Another reason to use real butter besides what was previous.. All the others have a ton of salt, and if you are putting it on bread, you are raising your b.p., as the bread has a ton of salt

Switched to butter for almost everything. Still haven't switched to that for my fudge. Will try that next fall to see how it works. I like butter better and it is natural. Even DH is beginning to come over to my side.

I'm straight butter, as well. Love the flavor and it's natural.

I grew up on homemade butter, then used margarine for a few years, but when I learned that margarine was one molecule away from butter I switched back. I love the taste of butter and use too much, but won't ever go back to margarine. I recently discovered why I like popcorn so much....it gives butter such a good flavor. Teehee.

I think this is supposed to be one molecule away from plastic. I use a pound of butter and with mixer, mix in a cup of Canola oil.......makes it much more spreadable right from fridge and just tastes like the butter.

Butter....I try and use only natural foods. My garden is chemical free too.
