Me too! In fact, when I got up to Rochester this weekend I am going to bring back as much of their 'Ultimate White Cake' as I can. It is divine!

I had 100 people at my wedding but I had my cake made for 175 because I love it so much and I wanted to make sure I'd have extras for me. There was not a crumb left! My MIL carefully wrapped up the top to freeze for us. English tradition warrants saving the cake until the first child's christening - thankfully we didn't save it because my son was born after we'd been married for 11 years! Anyway, we at the cake top before we left for our honeymoon the next day. It was delish!

1. German choc/coconut and 7 minute icing on 4 layers.

2. yellow cake mix/can of crushed pineapple in mix and cream cheese icing.

3. yellow mix --perrade strawberries/water and sugar added--cut cake in pan to 1"squares and pour juice over---top with 7 minute icing.

4 choc mix with dark cherry Jell-O and 1/2 cup oil added--choc cream cheese icing.

Above 5,000 ft I cook all cakes at 300 degrees, remove from oven when I smell them.
I learned this is my cake dec class years ago.
