Default Can I use interfacing on corduroy?

    Hi,

I saw a Tote Bag Tutorial in this blog, http://www.blissfulsewing.blogspot.c...l#.UiGvP1P0LIU she has used heavy weight cotton fabric. I don't want to use cotton but use three contrasting colors of plain corduroy fabric instead. I wanted to know if I can fuse the interfacing onto the corduroy by ironing or use a sew-on interfacing instead? Please help

corduroy is heavy weight cotton too- just has a nap on one side. sure you can use fusible interfacing on it if you want/need to.
