I would build a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, Huge kitchen and frontroom, sewing room and 3 car garage and basement. In the mountains of North Carolina and have a 10foot wrap around porch all the way around it. So all of you could come and enjoy yourself. A fireplace in each room too.

Fenced in 20 acres of land so any doggies or any other pets could roam while visiting.
    can I come stay?

    Yes you could come too.
As long as you like animals.

I forgot to add a built in swimming pool enclosed so you could swim everyday of the year.

that would pay off my mortgage and car. And a wee bit left over for some fabric.

My goal is to pay off the mortgage before I retire. I push myself to pay lots extra every month to be debt free soon.
