Like several others on this board I believe it is a poodle mix. Got the chocolate color and nose.. Groom it like a poodle and you will see that breed pop out.
I am a retired Dog Groomer,Did that for over 20 years, until osteoarthritis in my hands with carpul Tunnel in my Right hand made me retire. Poodles are a people dog if they have not been abused.. Over the yrs. I have had ,or they had me, :-D From Tiny toy, minature, standard.
My most special one was a standard,so big, beautiful and super Smart named Bella. She had me for 14 yrs. She had lymphnomic Cancer..So sad.. I now have Mesha,Got her from my DD she wasn't doing to good there because she had to stay in a kennel all day due to everyone working. She is doing fine now..Love Her. Nothing like a poodle.

I tend to agree, he's an adorable poodle mix who has found a loving home.

Poodles are awesome dogs, we had one for 17 years and then recently got a rescue. She is my avatar, Brie was her name given to her, but she will always be my valentine as she was intended for my VDay present, but Hubby couldn't hide her till then so I got her early.
Sherlock my poodle and he was my dog, was a loving caring precious dog. he was my baby, and will remain in my heart forever, but Brie has a very special part of my heart as well.
Sherlock was smart, athletic and loved to learn new tricks, and so is Brie!

Color him black and he looks like the dog we rescued from a kill shelter in KY. Finially figured out he is a schnauzer/terrier and probably lab mix....whatever he is , he is loveable and I am happy we have him.

No, they are usually docked when they are a day or so old. Definitely is part poodle, but the somewhat short straight indicates possible terrier I would think. It sure is cute.
