If I were you I would try something natural to help you cope with those 'hot flashes.'

My Aunt lives in Underwood. She woke up to your cold weather, realized that she was single for the first time in 40 years and will turn 60 Feb. 7, so she picked up the phone and booked a vacation to Hawaii on Feb 6. She says looking forward to turning 60 in Hawaii may be the only way she lives through this winter!

My DH is an agriculture mechanic and he's busy with skidsteers. Sometimes 3 or 4 farm calls a day plus what comes in the shop. I bundle him up good this time of year.

And thank him for farmers and farm wives everywhere. :!: DH had to change fuel filter on bobcat on the fly yesterday--course gotta take off the gloves and cold diesel fuel comes spilling out. Quick run to the house to get the fingers slowly warmed up again.

It is unseasonably cold here. Our lows at night are in the mid teens and daytime highs have struggled to get to 34 degrees.
