We got up to -32°F this morning. I don't even want to think what the wind chill is!!! Definitely a "krinkle your nose" morning!!!! And to rub salt in it...I had to go out in it to work while DH gets to stay home and be warm. :hunf:

27 below zero is the coldest weather I have been in. I used to think that once its below zero that it doesn't matter its just cold, but you can tell the difference in -27 to -3.

I remember getting off of work one day and wearing short sleeves and carrying my jacket thinking "it feels so good out here today" and it was in the teens.

This is the best time of year here in Phx. AZ. It will be 70 today.
Come May it will start to get hot and by June it is an oven for months. Wont cool off till late Oct.
Drove 3 hrs up to the white mountains for Christmas and it was a balmy 5 degrees. Happy to be back to the valley of the sun.

    But no Mosquitos!!

Sorry you had to go to work, but it will be good sewing weather when you get home!

My friends laugh at me because I so much more enjoy cold and snow more than hot and bugs. It's about 20-degrees before I wear my winter coat, but for about the last 4-5 years I've had my own built in furnace (hot flashes). Now that I've had my Hyst we'll see if that continues. I miss wearing sweaters.
