I have given up trying to lose weight. I COULD be the healthiest person on the planet and get hit by a bus....so I am going to enjoy my ice cream, macaroni and cheese and all that other good stuff. My husband thinks I am the most gorgeous woman on the planet. I will not argue.
    You are!!

I haven't seen one ugly person on this site since joining. Bless those of you who post pics of yourself. I am with those who haven't. I hate the way I look these days. I keep trying to get motivated to drop the 50 lbs I have gained, but even if I do, I know I will always hate my smile! (and I have a very expensive one)

I think it is a typical syndrome of the Female gender.. Having to have their picture taken, we feel we must look good, perfect smile, dressed just right and hair looking good. If we always wait for that time, we will never leave behind any picture memories ... some of the greatest pictures are those taken when we least expect or do not know they are being taken. I, as well, shy away from the camera. But of late I try to get into a few just for the sake of it! So smile, smile, smile and the whole world will smile with you! lol even if our smiles are funny to silly... Your on Candid Camera lol :D

See, my picture shows the delight in my eyes lol even though I have a spot on the front of my Shirt!!

I will post a picture! Come on everyone!!

I don't like my look right now, either!! My mom is downsizing right now..I had a great laugh as she gave me an enlargement from my wedding. Kinda a hippie bride in gold satin & headband circa 1971.--It passed through my brother's hands,-- He blurted out,"OMG! You were beautiful!" Of course I told him, "and I still AM". --did make me feel pretty for a moment! LOL!!!

I know what you mean. I'm usually the photographer and in 2001 I need pictures to celebrate a promotion I received. It was hard finding pictures of me...since then my DH makes a point of taking the camera away and snapping shots of me :) Don't like most of them, but he loves them...and you're right, the kids and grandkids love them too.
