TN Donna, please take care of yourself. Remember God does not make mistakes with us. Being good to yourself is just as important as helping others. You are special and never forget it.
Move around as much as possible and think about each step life is getting better.

My prayers are with you.

Donna, I know exactly how you feel. If you need to talk, just pm me anytime. Please take care of yourself. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Be kind to yourself....just be as caring about you as you are to others. If you can manage that, just one day at a time, you will begin to feel a lot better. Old habits are hard to change, but certainly not impossible...so take it easy and happy quilting from the land of Aus.

Donna you are so loved here by so many of us! Please take some time to do something nice & kind for yourself. I have stuggled with my weight & self esteem for all of my 57 years. I finally have the attitude that I am worth doing nice, girly things for myself. Therefore I do feel better. I still need to lose a lot of weight but I am taking better care of myself and I hope that will change too. You are very kind & loving and just need to do some nice things for you. Wish I could give you a big ole Okie Hug! A Cyberhug will have to do for now. {{{{{HUGE HUGS}}}}}

Do you have a friend that you could walk with in good weather?
I don't have any friends. I just have one of my 4 siblings that even comes to see me or call me. I have a wonderful husband but he works 3rd shift and helps take care of his elderly mother. I do try to walk everyday but it just brings me to my knees if I can't find a place to sit down. Sometime I fall and I can't get up as I have broken both knee caps. I have to just scoot out the door onto teh porch and scoot to the edge and stand up from ther.
