did anyone see that quilter Carol Duval passed away? I always watched her when lots of quilt shows were on t.v.
One of the good ones.

I use to watch her show. Carol Duval was for crafts what Nancy Zieman was for sewing Two of the best ever!

Loved her show. After I would pick my son up from preschool we would just watch to see what she would make. Her quiet calm voice would put him to sleep. I would get great ideas.

I liked watching her too! She had some good ideas. I didn’t know she died though.

I knew she died some weeks ago. It wasn't too much mentioned online about her. Not many in my guild knew who she was when I announced she had passed. Most did not have HGTV when her show was popular.

Oh goodness, I have not heard that name in years and years. I used to watch her on "WOOD-TV" the local NBC Station out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I still use one of her recipes for a candy that tastes remarkably like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups but made out of graham crackers and PB. I lost track of her when she left GR and I went to work in the late 1970's. I don't recall her as a quilter but I was busy chasing three little kiddos and most sewing was making children's clothing and items for our house. Fond memories of Carol Duvall. Perhaps she can be found on YouTube. Yup found full episodes on YouTube.
