It's a one oil (olive) soap. It originally was named after where the olives were grown but it's become a generic term.
It's the soap I like to use the best and hate the most to make. The cure times are longer (unless you want stringy, slimey soap) and it cluttered up my curing racks. It is always a best seller so it's worth it.

Tuesday Mornings store has all kinds of real soap, not body bars as most are now. The French milled soaps last a long time and smell wonderful. I like coconut oil based soap, a box of three bars will last me almost six months. I don't use real soap on my face though, it tends to be too drying.
