Maybe she's trying to save this for later?
**mine does that.
My two haven't done this, but sometimes when I feed them canned food, one of them starts making a motion like she does in the litter box when she covers up her 'you know what'. Do you think she is trying to tell me it tastes like #$%^?[/quote]

I made a fleece blanket for my dh. He had open heart surgery and gets real cold right now. As I was making and embroidering the blanket my Maine Coon came in and looked at the blanket. He growled at it, then laid on it (he weighs 20 lbs try moving the material while he is on it), then he licked it and started to drool on it. I put my foot down when he started to chew it. It was fuzzy so he probably thought it was another cat. Once I washed it, he wouldn't have a thing to do with it.

Are all the cats in your avatar yours? If so, I am so jealous. My DH has put his foot down at three cats, but I would love to have five cats or maybe even more.

I have 8 cats, 3 parrots and one beautiful mutt. Yes all of the cats in the window are mine plus three more. My husband travels a lot so (I worked with an animal rescue. They call me their foster failure because everyone I fostered became mine) I now handle the web page. Anyway, everytime my husband came home he would ask, "What was that? (a different cat would scurry across the floor) I'd look at him innocently and ask, "Huh? That what?" (great come back) He has put his foot down now but I am cozy with my animals! The cats are in the window because I feed the wild birds and we call it "Kitty TV"
