I recently had to shop for new tables for the living room, and found myself looking at them and looking at nooks and crannies, and how they would collect dust! I actually shopped for "easy dust tables" !!! Gone are the days when I would use everything from pipe cleaners to bottle brushes..now I just shop differently!

    LOL, good one!

My mom had a little picture thing that said, "Come in, Sit down, Relax, Converse. My house doesn't always look like this, sometimes it is even worse." (And she was my mentor.....)

I never minded cleaning the blades twice a year...my problem is with the attached lights. Who wants to take down the glass globes twice a year to wash them and then have to put them back up again???

Ha! Going to have to try that! My body cannot tolerate air conditioning so we have ceiling fans in every room but the kitchen and bathrooms.

Good Morning, I didn't know about the pillowcase way of cleaning ceiling fan blades when I bought the extension cleaner. It is just a fabric on a wand-type of thing and you clean the blade into the wand. It works really well, and no ladders, no climbing ect, ect. Only takes about 5 min. per fan.
The less time I spend on any chores, the better I like it!
I do spray the fabric with furniture polish before using. Believe the dust clings to it better.
