OMG! I always had a "thing" for vampires, LOL! I guess it started with Anne Rice and her books, then of course when Brad Pitt played Louis that was the final straw, LOL!

My husband says I'm nuts, lusting after a vampire!

Well my daughter and I just finished reading the books and were sitting with a fellow quilter the other day (sewing round my big work table - like you do!) and my Daughter asks this question.....

'So would you be a Warewolf or a Vampire?'

While my girlfriend was mulling over this question - quick as a flash I replied...

    'VAMPIRE OF COURSE!!!!.......'

hee hee - made me smile!
    pfft

Geek and gamer girl here. Werewolf, white wolf style. Or mage, so I can create my own fabric, and sew it using my mind.

Oh Louis...*sigh* Yeah, he was the beginning of my vamp lust too.

My husband isn't allowed to begrudge my vamp lust, because he's crazy about Kate Beckinsale as a vamp in Underworld. haha

I think I would have to go with werewolf myself. Real vampires only eat (drink?) blood. I tried a liquid diet once, so not fun. I could get lots of exercise running around as a wolf and stay thin. So that would be good.

Sorry, but those sparkly Twilight vampires do nothing for me. And they cheat about the whole vampire thing. And all that teenage angst, good gravy, blech.

I just finished watching the whole first season of True blood. Now that is a vampire! Sookie is kinda annoying, but cute, and the vampire is a hunk. But I really like the shape shifter. Cute as a man and so sweet as a dog, or maybe the other way around, hmmm.

I agree the best vampire story ever is Interview With A Vampire by Anne Rice. The movie didn't to the book justice but Brad Pitt was all it had to have anyway! The original Dracula is excellent too.

I'd definitely pick vampire...I've had a thing for them lately. But (and no offense to any Twilight lovers), I wouldn't like to be one of the modern, sparkly, angsty vampires. I should like to be a good old fashioned vampire...maybe with a soul, like Angel...;)
