Well, DH and I have been in NZ visiting our youngest DD for about 3 days. So far we have not strayed too far from Auckland, but soon we are leaving to visit Rotorua so DH and DD can go Zorbing. Kinda like rolling down a hill in a huge ball, kinda like a hamster in a wheel. I am gracefully declining to try this, but have assured them I will stand by and help mop them up when they barf! TeeHee!
Don't always have access to the internet, but just had to stop by to check on everyone, and say hi!

Hope everyone is getting lots of quilting done. I brought some handwork to do on the plane, but haven't really had the time and/or ambition to do anything.

    Take care all! CYL!

Sounds like you are having a wonderful time :D
I would be joining you on the sidelines, filming them and handing out bags while LMBO :D:D:D

I've got to share a secret with you - my fav place in Rotorua. http://www.waimangu.co.nz/ Shhh! Don't tell too many people or they'll spoil it. You need to be in good enough shape to walk down a big hill but it's beautiful and less touristy than some of the town-based attractions.

Wait, rolling down a hill in a big ball, like a hamster??!!! Yes, I am drawing the line at that one for sure. It's going in the same file as bungee jumping, jumping off cliffs with a hang glider and a long list of other things that scare the bajeebers out of me. My insurance will only pay so much after all. On a totally different note, New Zealand! I'm sure it's even more beautiful than it seems on TV and DVDs. Have a great time!
