This rule must also apply to chocolate- chocs has only 5 calories and of course if they have been give as a gift then the calories are trapped in the packaging, and will never reach your mouth. I think that it must also work for wine ( only 4 calories)etc! Happy Christmas everyone and a very Happy and Healthy 2010.
