Every year I make Christmas Tree Ornaments for my family.....parents, children, grandchildren, sisters, aunts, special cousins and special friends. Pictured here are some that I have made in recent times. I have either made or purchased a special ornament for each Grandchild since they were born. I also usually make some to add to my own Christmas Tree. I have much pleasure in making and giving these ornaments. My family is not a large one so I manage to get them made each year. My favourite Aunt passed away in April so last year was the last time I will be able to make one for her. I mostly make these by machine and also with the aid of my embroidery machine and finish them with hand stitching and embellishments. I also have a stall at three local Craft shows each year and I make Christmas Ornaments fro these also, although they are mostly made in the hoop ones on the embroidery machine.

The Velvet ones were made last year by embroidering lace designs by machine onto velveteen, sewing into a shape and finishing of with silver string beads around the shape and attaching crystals or buttons and a beaded tassel. The velvet Santa was a digitised In the hoop design by A Design by Lynn.
