I could listen to Christmas music all year. It is my favorite holiday. Hallmark has started there Christmas movies last night, had to sit and watch. I get dirty looks when I decorate to early.

Some of the radio stations start playing Christmas music right after Thanksgiving. I think that may be too soon for some of the so called Christmas songs. If they played songs like Silent Night and O Holy Night and other ones like that it would be okay.

They start playing it so darn early by the time Christmas is here I can't stand it anymore. To me, it shouldn't start until AFTER Thanksgiving. That poor holiday gets no respect!

On our cable we have music stations, one being Sounds of the Season, it has started Christmas music yesterday. So if you haven't guessed already, we had it on for a while.

I love Christmas music. Not everyone in my house will tolerate it until after Thanksgiving. If I am working on a Christmas quilt, even if in June ,I always play Christmas music to get me in the mood!

Moving a little away from Christmas music, which I love, Christmas commercials BEFORE HALLOWEEN make me want to scream. Only one has a legitimate reason for being aired, Radio City Music Hall's Christmas Show which starts this month, I think. But I'm going to try to avoid every store that's already started airing "shop at me" ads.

December 1 is the start date for Christmas music in my mind. I do love it, but it's not special if you have it for too long.

One of the reasons I liked being in the church choir was starting practicing for the Christmas musical in August or September!

I wish they'd play Christmas music in July.
