Looks great! It used to be you waited until it was close to Christmas to buy a real tree so it didn't lose its needles too soon. Now with a lot of people having artificial trees, they go up earlier and earlier. Soon we will be hanging Halloween ornaments on Christmas trees in October.

Tartan, that's hilarious!!
We cut a tree every year, not long after Thanksgiving. It goes up early. I love looking at it!!

i visited a cousin the other day and she n ever takes her tree down,,, just changes the ornaments according to the seasons/holidays

My home is in Michigan but this will be our 3rd winter in Florida. I always feel momentarily surprised when I walk into a store and see Christmas decorations.
My first thoughts are "it's way too early for Christmas stuff". I forget that it's November or December because I'm wearing shorts and t-shirts with no coat on and I'm still not used to that!

I did bring some Christmas fabrics down to make Christmas decorations. Guess I'd better get going on them!
