Thanks, Deanne, I will pull the weeds in the herb bed as soon as it quits raining. It is a constant job in the summer & fall. Therefore, I do not quilt as much in the summertime!!

I love it! Thanks so much. Can't wait to see the harvest!! I am fighting to keep tomatoes alive in our hideous heat!

In the background of the first picture, is a tulip tree, about 60-67 years old. I remember visiting the place when I was about 14-15 years old and seeing it as a young tree. In the last picture, back against the fence, are Sun-clokes, looking like sunflower plants. There is grapes on the fence too, something we would not do again. Better to set them in the yard or garden with posts.

I'm going to sneak in for some of those gooseberries. Beautiful garden and inspector!

Coloradosky, just knock on our door; there is plenty of gooseberries on five bushes. The inspector pictured is one of our eight adopted cats...the smallest one who likes lots of TLC.

I miss my mom's gooseberry pie in the summer, from wild gooseberries.

Oh Wow, your garden is as amazing as your blocks!! I love the idea of recycling the tires. The way you have those poles set up it looks like a tee pee village. love it. Anne
