PS......the donuts and coffee are just for us QB'ers. ;)
After three days in the kitchen I wouldn't want to cook any more either. You need time to chill!

Thanks for making us so special with the coffee and donuts! I missed them over the weekend as I had to work and had a couple of really rotten days! Hoping today is better at work.

Coffee and donuts FIRST! (O.k. so it's a banana, oatmeal, a bagel, and coffee. I can dream ....)

I like my crock pot BBQ. Throw a Boston Butt in the crock pot, cook on low for 18-24 hours, remove bone, chop up and add BBQ sauce of choice. Easy and freezes well if it isn't all eaten. It makes great sandwiches and topping for baked potatoes if you want to do those too. Add some chips and you are good to go.

My thoughts are spaghetti, always a hit, or hot dogs, chips, salad (potato if a mind to make some) baked beans. Those are sure to fill teenagers and not that time consuming!

My menu seldom changes for unexpected company and feeds a lot of people, usually w/leftovers:
Empty a bottle of italian dressing in a large bag of frozen chicken tenders and refrigerate overnight. They will be thawed and marinated by cooking time the next day and cook quickly on the grill along with hot dogs.
A box of Hungry Jack potatoes w/mayo, mustard, relish and seasonings makes a decent potato salad
    Bagged salad
    Canned baked beans
    Dessert from the closest store.

when my boys were younger they always wanted Tac's or burittos. Have lettuce, tomato's, onions , shredded chese let them make their own. If you want have a pot of nacho cheese ready also, good luck when's dinner :)
