I know you're right. Every time something like this happens, I say (not to her) that I'm going to go with someone else ..... and then I let it go. I know things happen, and I hate to make people feel bad, but it is a business - and I can't be losing money just to save it.

Actually I did start out with a free site. It was nice, but my new one has features I couldn't get on the free one - at least features that I couldn't do myself, being techno-challenged an all....

It looks like the index.php file is missing and hence not displaying any of your content, which is all built from this page. You need to contact the hosting company (whichever company you pay to host the site, not the person who designed it) and find out if they have a backup of the site. Many hosting companies take backups and they should be able to help you restore the site from, but if the hosting you have is inexpensive then they may expect you to make the backups yourself and not have done it. If this woman has all the details of your hosting then you really need to get all the access information from her and learn to do everything yourself. It isn't difficult to pick up and taking on the responsibility yourself will make you feel a lot more comfortable and reassured in the long run.

I'm pretty sure she's hosting it as well. Ugh. I get overwhelmed so easily with this stuff. When she's needed to explain stuff to me, she's done it very well - but it seems like she has to get into the mode to do it. I haven't heard back from her yet.

I like your black kitty btw. I have a black O'Malley (the alley cat, only we don't have an alley, but he was a stray. ;))

Good Morning; I just checked; the first 3 links are either blank or "can't display this page." The last page is great; tells about your soap, ect, ect.
Since I am just now using all of these links, please tell me about your soap.
Been a member since 07 when I bought her book on binding, and didn't know I was a member! It is such fun to read everything on the site.

Ok, she said there was a server update and my shopping cart isn't compatible. She said I could fix it or she could - she'll look at it tonight.

[suspicious look] That wouldn't explain the totally blank page problem, IMO (note: I'm not a web designer myself, but am a fairly knowledgeable end user).
