I asked about the water cleaning packets too. I was told it was only for export. After using many different water purifier additives before and know how it makes the water taste, I'm thinking maybe these packets makes the water taste bad for people that are use to good tasting water but much better for those that have horrible bad water to begin with.

Call Channel 4 and ask them to have a story about people's electric and water bills. That thing affected thousands and they should all get together and pressure them.
