Carnival Fantasy also has washers & dryers for guest use so I'm sure the Destiny will, too since it is larger.
Don't forget the Dramamine or whatever your motion sickness drug of choice is. If you do forget, the pursers desk has some but there is often a line you have to wait in. Better to bring your own.
