    Medicate only the symptoms you have - not the ones you don't have. Skip those MULTI-symptom meds ... Even if it means taking 2 or 3 meds...

    If you have
    drippy nose - antihistimine
    Stuffy nose - (.... can't think of it now)
    Cough - .....
    congestion - .....
    headache - ......

    You know what I'm trying to say -... A news report just claimed doctors are now saying we're overmedicating when we get colds.

    This is the way I have medicated myself and family for years. I also learned (just a few years back) that a sick person should really **INCREASE** FLUIDS (water soup non caffeine tea juice)- The FLUIDS help THIN OUT and get rid of all the yuckies you have in your system. Doesn't that make total sense!!!
