My goodness!
He almost looks like an identical twin to an abandoned kitten we found out here on the ranch a few years back.
We named our kitty "Lawless", and he was a wonder! Athletic, as yours, he could clear obstacles like nobody's business!

Must be something about tuxedo kitties - all of mine are athletic. My Polly would take great offense that I was in the shower, behind closed shower doors. So, she jumped on top of the bathroom door (I lived alone at the time and the door was always open), walked over to the shower end, and proceeded to ball me out. Sheesh! Sometimes it's tough being owned by a cat! :-)
