Looking forward to this batik batch. I will get my pm off as soon as I weigh myself. I do not have a digital scale so I don't get to calculate the decimals will have to keep whole. Had a great time in Arizona, walked and stood lots. some exercise in the pool, but my skin developed a rash so could not enjoy more. Not sure if I will be in for the January pot, have so much going on in January. Think we will be gettng us a new puppy which I am excited for. DH finally said yes, after I said we will whether he likes it or not. I know, we need to agree, but there are times when you have to say the heck with living for bills, but need to live happy regardless of the bills.

No loss here. Only gained .5 so that's much better than the 5 lbs I typically gain with the holiday season.
Cindy, glad to hear things are looking up for you. You have to take care of yourself. You have no idea how much fun and joy a grandchild brings into your life. You have to stick around for that!

Hello all. Been a really busy couple of weeks. Glad to have all our guest back in their own houses. My son is still here, he has leave until Sunday.
I did not step on a scale this morning. I am afraid too. I know I have gained again.......

Sent my PM for December's loss. It wasn't much, but it was down. I, too, battle with self worth issues - must be a 'woman thing'. I can talk myself into a blue funk real easily sometimes - then I have to figure out how to get out of that hole and get back to smiling again. I will try to walk with you Cindy (and everyone else) to have that positive 'can do' attitude. TOday I got out of bed and said I will be happy. Happy New Year everyone.

Well according to the doctor's scale I gained 3 pounds in December. I like my scale better lol. I will do better in January, no more excuses.
