love the pic over the couch, I have my living rm as beachy, love Key West! Anyway, Id leave the couch solid grey (looks grey in the pic) and pull colors from the pic over it: dove greys, pale mauves, grey blues - it looks like the beach at sunrise. If you dont like those colors you could go with pale oranges/golds/yellows - grey isa nice neutral in furniture. Id add bright pops of colors in throw cushions and couch/chair cushions with the tropical/flower fabrics, maybe even in drapes, but in the summer Id stick with a gauzy floaty white drape. It took me months to pick the paint color for the walls - pale shade of washed blue grn. sharet (just my tastes! anyway)

I like the blue and the green but I don't feel the print is for a beach style ,and I also agree with a previous post picture behind sofa is to small.

I like the secon one best. Easier to add your accent pillows and get your color from them. A much easier color to work with.
