Toogie, you made a beatiful gown. Now I know you are human because you did not make the Tatting. Okay -- I think you are a great person. If you had made the Tatting, I don't think I could like you. Congrats on an heirloom!!!

Toogie, I learned to Tat when I was in my mid-30's. I had been trying to learn to Tat since I was in my late Teens. When I have done any Tatting, I know how much time it takes -- a LONG time. I admire you making the gown because I took an Heirloom sewing class for 12 weeks. There is a LOT to learn. I'll say it again -- you made a beautiful gown and can be very proud of what you accomplished. Again, congrats on the heirloom gown.

You are indeed a talented seamstress. Hoping the talent will be bestowed on the little one by wearing the gown and then carry on the skills.

That is beyond gorgeous. You just don't see beautiful handwork like that very often.

That is perfectly beautiful and a wonderful heirloom. My mother’s neighbor had one that was in its third generation. Each new baby wore it when they were christened and then their name was embroidered on the slip. So special. I know your daughter is so proud of the dress and you for making it. I cannot believe you got it made in such a short time!

That gown is incredible! You are so very talented, but human. Yes, I read the previous posts.
