I love your home. Makes me think of a doll house.

Mine is not a house but an apartment with large rooms, spectacular views (in our case, of the New York City skyline), near enough to but far away from a big city, all of life's necessities within driving distance. We bought ours 30 years ago and we still love it.

I have to ask, those of you who live out in the middle of nowhere with a lot of acreage, aren't you afraid? Around here, it's the houses outside of town that get constantly broken into. I like neighbors around me who watch out for each other.

I live in mine. It is on top of a hill, with screened in back porch, overlooking the Smokies. I love my mountains! I would like to have one more bedroom to use for sewing, but with just 2 of us, 3 bedrooms are fine. I have a 2nd home that I love also. It's a 39 ft. motorhome that takes me away from the cold in the winter and the heat in the summer!

A log cabin on the side of a mountain with a stream close by! That has been my dream for almost 45 years.

This. Except mine would also overlook water - a river, lake or beach. It would have a huge eat-in kitchen and a huge craft room :)
This is mine! It overlooks the river with a view of the Rocky Mountains. The only thing here I don't have finished yet is the craft room. I currently quilt in the kitchen. This is our "home away from home".

I love Frank Lloyd Wright architecture but for sheer coziness I love craftsman design. It could be anywhere but in the country is my preference.

A good size manufactured home, decorated my way, with a small yard, large sewing area, and far enough out in the country to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient. (Oh, wait, that's where I am now. Life is good. I am blessed.)

Well, I have 2. A very old victorian /colonial with a wrap around porch in an old section of town or a log cabin with porches, hiding in the mountains somewhere.
