did you ever cut toilet paper with the rotary cuter?

My first thought when I read this title was "Why on earth would you use toilet paper that had to be cut with a rotary cutter?" And I had this mental image of someone sitting on the potty balancing a cutting mat with one hand and trying to cut TP off the roll with a rotary cutter in the other hand...
