My first thought when I read this title was "Why on earth would you use toilet paper that had to be cut with a rotary cutter?" And I had this mental image of someone sitting on the potty balancing a cutting mat with one hand and trying to cut TP off the roll with a rotary cutter in the other hand...

Well, I've done some strange things for my grandkids, but this is over the top - or maybe under the bottom...

What a clever idea gramma_59! I loved that you made such perfect fruit and vegetables for your little grandson's store, and now he has his very own toy toilet paper. This is over the top, and you are a very special, over the top gramma! I love it.
