Fun facts!

They are just a chocolate cookie. Once when my parents were living in Taiwan their housekeeper/cook was trying to make an American treat to please my Dad. When he told her he loved chocolate chip cookies, she tried to make them for him but thought she was supposed to melt the chocolate. Hence, she made some delicious chocolate cookies, just not chocolate chip!
