You don't have to contact Paypal. Ebay has the whole thing in one easy process. Where it shows on your wins the little drop-down just click on "resolve a problem" then it walks you right through it. You will get your money. I told you I have a store on ebay but I also buy and I've had a couple of problems with bad sellers- got my money back- no problem.
Don't forget- ebay is a buyer's market. They are on the side of the buyer at all times :D

I just checked that seller and she's a "top rated" seller. I'm surprised she didn't respond to your inquiry. Her fb is really good. Still, it annoys me when a seller doesn't respond- not good!

I contacted Ebay and let them know what was going on. It was amazing........two days later I got a message that my book was on the way. I also got a message from the seller saying how sorry she was. It should be here tomorrow. Thanks for the advice.
