It's been such a nice day today that I still have windows open.
Somebody in the neighborhood just startled a skunk.
At least it wasn't me -- it's far enough away that I'm not choking. I'll never forget the night I turned on a porch light just as a skunk was crossing the step; I thought we'd have to replace the door! :-(

Boy! It's been ages since I've seen a skunk, not complaining, but I almost forgot about them

The skunks did a number on my front lawn yesterday...we must have grubs again. That's what happens when the neighbor doesn't take care of theres.

The skunk smell was really bad last night...and the dog was going crazy...she wanted out and I wasn't doing it.

The neighbors dog got skunked in the fall and I'm sure will never forget it.

I feel for you! One night last year I opened the door to let the dogs out and slammed it shut fast-smelled like a skunk had just dropped his load in the back yard. Next morning, I mentioned it to my car-pool buddy-she lives a mile away. Same thing happened to her about the same time-same skunk-same load, I'm sure-they are so odoriferous!!!
