I have 4 cats and I share my sewing room with them. When I go in to sew I tell them it is now my room, get out, they go find a place to sleep.

I have a dog (Maltese) who thinks he is a cat. He likes to sleep on the back of the couch. He is 15 years old now and slowing down. He sleeps right in my path from the sewing machine to the ironing board...but I love him!

He is beautiful! Just a suggestion, move your ironing board and put it at right angles to the sewing machine, Sure makes life easier when you just have to turn around!

My big dog, Tundra, likes to lay in my path, where ever I want to go, there he is!
