Happily divorced here, too. Although he did support my habit when we were married; he even bought the quilt shop for me, but as a dumping ground it turned out, so he could feel free to leave me.

Well I haven't been quilting for the entire time we have been married, but we celebrate 27 years this weekend! OH... guess what my plans are for the weekend... yep! QUILTING! maybe we'll squeak in dinner out somewhere.

I am in the process of starting a divorce (we have been married 12 years and together 17) and I think - no I know - I am going to be so much more productive and happier once it is all over. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to go into my sewing room (which is finally just the way I've wanted) for three weeks! It is so depressing to face all the packing (I don't want the house) and starting over at my age (57). Also I am disabled and on a very small fixed income. I don't even know where I want to live - sometimes I want to stay locally because of all my friends and then other times, I want to move to another planet where no-one knows my problems!
Sorry have been holding this in for a while and this just seemed the time to let some of it out!
I just finished reading about Billy's health issues (Lostn51) so now my situation is really nothing in the grand scheme of things!
