Yes I decorate for thanksgiving. We our so blessed in American compared to other countries. That it would be ashamed not to. I have collected turkeys over the years and I use them all over the living room and kitchen. Mixed with silk leaves and small pumpkins. And I just count my blessings that I was born in such a great country as ours. Thanksgiving is right up there with Christmas at our house.

Not quite that bad! However, some around the door can be quite substantial.

I love the decorations others have shown. I have a short wood curtain rod that I put my monthly quilts on. I have a different theme for each month except Aug. and Sept. They have to share the quilt. For November I made a cornucopia with different fruits and veggies on it that I appliqued on. I don't do applique well, but I have to say, it really turned out nice. I slit the back and stuffed some batting behind the pumpkin in it so that stands out more than the others.

I also have a huge glass brandy snifter that I fill with artificial gourd and set on the dining room table. I'll be filling it with small Christmas wrapped boxes next month.

No, surely don't. But we will be spending the holiday with son and daughter in law and grandchildren and she does a beautiful creative job. I could never even think of what she does, let alone put it together!

Thanks to everyone who shared pictures and ideas. You inspired me to make new use of some things I already have.

No, I don't. But my daughter decorates for every day that comes up. You never know what you'll see at her house.
