Our youngest Grson is in the Army.DHs great nephew is an Army pilot.DH's gret Grfather was in the civil war & served in several famous battles.
My Step Dad was Army & injured serving in South Africa,Dad was Navy.All my uncles but one were in 2nd WW,one was a pilot.Had at least 7-8 cousins in the service,all came thru ok.
My DH & his bro are Korean vets.
