Can you afford to go to a chiropractor? Sometimes they can work minor miracles.

Just last night my right shoulder was aching. I figure I am sleeping "wrong".

I'm sorry that you hurt your shoulder.
I have a lot of shoulder pain. I have had 3 surgeries on them, the latest being in November(2nd on right shoulder). The same shoulder is having issues again. Got Cortisone shot 2 weeks ago and it's not working (this is the 4th in a year and the 7th overall in this shoulder)

I spent my 3 days off, flat on my back because of pain. Finally went to urgent care on Monday, shot of vicodin and cortisone. Went to Dr. today going to have another MRI to see progress of bulging discs and possible carpal tunnel. Living on meds right now. Not how I like to live, but it keeps the pain manageable. Had to give away our tickets for the Yankee/A's game tomorrow. DH was disappointed, but he understands. Shoulder pain/spasms are no fun.
