YES! After a long early heat wave - June and July instead of August - we had an early beginning of fall - some leaves already turning colors in this part of CT - far west, half way up NY border. This usually doesn't happen until late September. Today, however, has been a perfect JUNE day at the end of August!

Me too. After all of that scorchhing heat, I hated myself the next morning for admitting I was chilly, and I put on slacks. Boy it felt good though. So relaxing. But it looks as though we will be getting back into the same old rut. Hope not so severe. Anything over 80 is too hot for me. It can actually make me sick. Thank God for AC.

I sleep with at least two blankets all year round. From November to May I use an electric blanket also.

We haven't slept under a blanket for years, starting using a quilt then. Sometimes during the night we grab the quilt to go over the sheet. A/C finally gettting a break, its been a bit cooler day and night, can't wait for cooler weather all the time.

I have come to realize, and I am sure I will disgust people, that from the end of June til mid-August are my least favorite times of the year. At least by now we should be seeing more fluctuations that we have been seeing. But it was 95 today. I cannot wait for fall.
