As a huge fan of Pinterest, this is how I feel. Once it's on the web, it's fair game, and as long as it links back to the original post, no one is claiming it as theirs. I'd be honored to have someone like one of my creations well enough to want to pin it.

My two perspectives:
1. One of those pics are of my work. I don't mind. In fact, I think it is a compliment.
2. I joined pinterest. But, stopped using the sight within days. I was so afraid of infringing on someones rights, I hardly pinned anything.
3. I believe if you don't want to have something copied or shared you should not post it on the net. There are people who will take and use what they can, just because the can.

i know there are car thieves in the world. should i leave my car in the garage? if i don't, is it then my fault if somebody steals it? should i feel flattered that he liked it well enough to steal it?
when i post here ... as i mentioned before ... it's for the benefit of my fellow members here.
it's an offer to share ... here.
it is not an invitation to steal it and duplicate it in other locations without my knowledge and consent.
if somebody wants to pin something they've seen here the ONLY right thing to do is to ask the original poster's permission first.
