One year I was making homemade rolls and needing space I put a towel on top of the frig and put the rising bowl there. Well I got busy and left it on top overnight. Next morning kids go into kitchen and I hear them oohing and aahhing and this is soo koool. I go in and the dough has "worked" its way out of the bowl, across the top of the frig and had tentacles about half way down the front. I just gathered it up and put it back in the bowl. Best rolls we ever had :)

must be a midwest/western thing .... never heard of them .... just remember "brown and serve" or cloverleaf rolls .... toss them in the oven for 10 minutes.

I know Safeway , Savemart and Raleys also Costless foods carry brown and serve rolls. Ask the clerks they will show you where they stock them.
