    First off I am 47, I grew up with many of this things on this list.

    1. Blackjack chewing gum never heard of this one
    2. Wax Coke-shaped bottles with colored sugar water - Yes
    3. Candy cigarettes - Yes
    4. Soda pop machines that dispensed glass bottles - Yes, both the water bath and upright machines
    5. Coffee shops or diners with tableside juke boxes - Still around in my community
    6 . Home milk delivery in glass bottles with cardboard stoppers - Had this service up to 15 years ago.
    7. Party lines on the telephone - had one until 1977
    8 Newsreels before the movie - before my time
    9. P.F. Flyers no idea what this is, but it may be a US thing
    10. Butch wax -what about Brill Creme?
    11.. TV test patterns that came on at night after the last show and were there until TV shows started again in the morning. (there were only 3 channels... [if you were fortunate]) We only had 4 channels and the test pattern until I was 12 then we got a 5th channel. Our first TV was black and white. But dad worked in a TV studio in the 1960's and would bring home a huge reel to reel video machine so we could watch movies.

    12. Peashooters - yup
    13. Howdy Doody - Knew about it
    14. 45 RPM records - Dad had many and the record player that woudl play theld
    15. S& H green stamps - no idea what this is
    16. Hi-fi's - came after the 45rmp records
    17. Metal ice trays with lever - still use one and my hand still gets stuck if it is at all damp when I take the tray out.
    18. Mimeograph paper - Used a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gestetner in school
    19. Blue flashbulb - cube flash bulb for my Kodak Instamatic
    20. Packards - as in the ones people wear to advertise a business?
    21. Roller skate keys - everyone I knew had one in their junk drawer
    22. Cork popguns - yes
    23. Drive-ins - I know of 2 in Western Canada, I want to take my kids one day. We used to go every weekend in the summer
    24. Studebakers - I came home from the hospital in one.
    25. Wash tub wringers - I used the one at my grandmother's house until I was 26. She lost first two knuckles of her wedding ring finger in one when my dad was a boy.

    I know most but I was a lucky little girl I could have fast food every day, my grandad kept a fish and chip shop.i was only allowed the fish no chips.
    Can you remember the old mangles and wash day smells of washing on wooden cloth horses drying around he fires.
    Then Tuesday ironing all day.
    Going into the garden and growing friut and veg.we ha blackberries and goseberries and apple trees . I used to pinch some on my way to school.

    I remember having a chocolate bar and a Sunday and making it last until Saturday.
    what about liberty bodices with those rubber buttons.

    I guess I must be a fossil as well.

    Older than dirt here!

    One to add to the list...

    Changing diapers back in my day meant folding a large cotton sheet into a diaper, using pins to fasten, and using rubber pants to waterproof baby's bottom!

    I can still smell the mimeograph machine as I turned the handle.😲 Those were the good ol days.

    shoot, i remember all of those things!! I still hate ceiling fans and other things. My son looks at me like I'm crazy!
    when bedtime, an announcer on t.v. would say it's 10 O'clock, do you know where your children are?? and then the t.v. would go off for the night!!

    I'm older than dirt I definitely remember party lines. I used to work for the phone company and plugged in those cords when someone wanted to make a call.
