    It would be cool to see them and who knows may be a good idea for making a quilt.

    Some firework pictures remind me of thistle flowers. At a glance thru prescription glasses, looks the same. I wished they weren't such noxious weeds. To me they are just beautiful.

    I have taken them in the past, would have to search for them. They were taken with my 35mm camera before I had a digital.
    But if I take them this year I will post them at a later date.

    These are from 2008 Freedom Festival in Detroit, MI. I was on the roof of a friends building playing with my new Nikon.

    Many moons ago, I filmed with my old 8mm cam. In the film firworks look like green peas shooting (no creeping) up in the sky - funny.

    My son is a semi-professional photographer and we will be at the fireworks display at Mt. Rushmore this weekend. (If everything goes as planned). I will post any pics when we get back.
