I tried to sign up for free coupons at Walmart. After going through page after page of ads and surveys I gave up. Now I'll probably be bombarded with unwanted emails. So much for saving money the "easy' way.

Yes I do!! I clip them all and use as many as possible. My daughter is the queen though. She saved $95 last week. several items ended up being free. I wish they made coupons for fresh fruits and veggies don't you?

Yes, I use couponmom. I rarely find coupons on that site that I can use. I do clip out of the Sunday paper. How old is your Olivia? Our Olivia will be 8 mo on Sat.

Ours will be 6 in April. seems like only yesterday she was 8 months. They grow up way too fast. I do believe though that they are our consolation(sp?) prize for growing old. We have 4. Katie 10, Ashley 9, Olivia 5 and Luke 3. When they come in the door my spirits lift!

Yes, I do!!! Shopping the perimeter of the store for healthy eating (fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy and meats) is expensive!!!! It is rare to find a coupon to help with fresh food. It is no wonder that America has a weight problem. When cookies are cheaper than apples, a mother who is watching her budget cannot always afford to give her child the healthiest snack.

I am a retired officer's wife and I take offense to your comment. I am sorry that you have had a bad experience and have a negative impression of officer's wives.

But, rest assured, not all of US have a bad attitude. I did volunteer work throughout my husband's 30 year career, becoming involved in every community we lived in.

Yes, there are some people who have bad attitudes, but believe me when I say it has nothing to do with their spouses rank and everything to do with the individual.

Not to diminish your offense, but I distinctly remember saying that some women are just bad and discounted the officers' wives that do not, have not, and will not turn out as the few I have met, though I do happen to have two DIL's that are officers' wives and they are exceptional, as you apparently have been.
And, I also noted that SOME women just have BAD attitudes... no matter the occupation of themselves or their husbands.
Thank you for your service to our nation, because I know that no soldier, regardless of rank, serves alone ... their families can make or break them. <wave>

I use coupons...love them. Sometimes I call the toll free number on a product with a question, and usually the say, can we send you some coupons. OF COURSE YOU CAN is my answer lol. I have not called for that reason, it is usually a question regarding ingredients or nutrition, but the coupons are a nice bonus. Quaker oats asked if I would like to be on an online "panel" and take surveys to earn points. I said sure and sometimes I get emails for surveys. I have not checked into what I can use the points for....maybe it is to get into heaven lol.
