I started watching when I had to bind quilts--so boring without something to watch. I never watch TV--but now the quilt's binding is done and I have to see what happens. Crystal is so much better than all the rest, it seems. She's amazing. What anice group of youg folks though. I'm glad they'll all do well at this point.

My DGD and her friend who are both beautiful singers got the armbands that let you tryout for AI. They flew to Miami year before last and waited most of the day and after watching who was getting the most attention from the people that scan the people trying out, our Meghanne decided that AI really wasn't the type of place that was taking the auditions serious. Meghanne had sang in Carneiga Hall twice and in Children Pacific Rim Festival in Hawaii, and trained with our City children's chorus for 8 years, and sang in 19 languaes. She had a lot of fun meeting people from all over the country. But she said it was kind of like whoever had the silliest costume was who they were interested in. But she still likes to watch it.
