What about useing the foam paint applicator attached to a paint stick?

Or you can buy the mini paint rollers and that would work too. When done both could be stored in a platic bag in the fridge.

If getting the lotion onto your back is the issue you could always put a little on the bathroom wall and rub up against it and when you are done, wipe off the excess.

I bought a wooden spoon just for the job. Put lotion on the back of the spoon and can reach all those spots.

I use a wooden spoon also, a bamboo one that is wide and flat and very smooth. In the winter I add some lotion to it and then warm the paddle with my hair dryer before smoothing on my back--feels so soothing when warm!

Why don't you try and find some olive oil soap; it got rid of mine. Dr Oz also recommends putting some olive oil in your bath water. I used to use Skin so Soft from Avon and then while my skin was still wet I'd put it on and it would lock the moisture into my skin. I like the olive oil soap though; I even use it on my hair and it's making my hair thicker and I'm using less products and can go longer with out any signs of oil build up. I get it locally from Azar’s Natural Foods; a mediterranean place. I know there is an online french web site as well. If you can get rid of the problem then the lotion won't be a problem. One thought though; have you tried one of those long handled sponges for washing your back. I understand your problem; when my back acts up I have no one help put the meds on it.

Ditto; this is what I use. I also wash my hair with it and I don't have to use all of those products in my hair now. I love how you not only feel squeeky clean when you rince your hair it does squeek. I get mine at; Azar’s Natural Foods here in Norfolk and Va Beach.
