I use Maxwell House 1/2and 1/2 its only half the caffeine and it tells you its the same as decaf, liked it but missed the caffeine so went back to regular. I cut my consumtion down on how many cups I drink and now drink juice and milk in replacement and lost 15 pounds. So i guess its better for me.

oh???? the caffiene makes me have heart flutters. since i quit drinking it, (yesterday) i haven't had the flutters.... weird....
Bev, I used to drink coffee years ago. Coffee gave me heart palpitations. I drink tea with caffeine and it doesn't affect me the same way. Everyone told me it was the caffeine, but couldn't be. Had to be just plain old coffee!! I drink tea each morning and don't get the palpitations.
Really? Isn't that crazy? I love tea tho so no complaints here. Nice thing about tea is, you start out with HOT tea then switch to ICE tea

We really like Folgers decaf coffee, but sometimes use Maxwell's 1/2 and 1/2. We also drink tea daily, always made in a tea pot even for just one cup. Caffine doesn't seem to bother me unless I drink more than two cups of coffee in the evening or during the summer more than one big glass of homemade ice tea - it sometimes keeps me awake. I haven't found a decaf tea that I like but make it when I have meetings at my house as most of the gals want decaf tea. I have lots of non caffine teas that I have every once in awhile. There's nothing like a cup of coffee to start my day or a hot cup of tea when I'm sick. May in Jersey
