Default Does anyone know what this bush/tree and flower is?

I came across this bush/tree with these flowers that look like mini magnolia flowers. Does anyone know what this is?

I agree, it looks like a magnolia, but other than that, no idea. It is pretty.

Sure looks like the magnolia family. There is a difference between Southern and Northern magnolias, but I do not know more than that.

A garden store should be able to tell you. Take your picture to them.

Looks like Gardenia, we had bushes of them when I lived in Florida. Very sweet fragrance.

It looks like a magnolia. Even the seed pods and leaves are like magnolia. Hugs
